Over the years we have had to adjust our protocols as needed. High Standards Cleaning continues prioritize your health and that of our employees. Please see our current protocols and contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you have any questions or concerns. 

We continue to use our standard eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products which have proven to be safe and effective. 

1. Appointments are ideally completed in an empty home. You can greet the staff at the door and remain home if needed but please try to stay in a seperate area of the home to allow the team to work with appropriate physical distance. 
2. Cleaning is hard work and we are very grateful to be safe to breathe freely again! However, team members will happily use masks if requested for your comfort. Please let us know ahead of time. 
3. All materials (cloths, mop heads etc) are laundered and disinfected before being brought into your home.
